Sitting Properly
To maximize your speed and power, you must learn how to sit properly.

First of all, move your seat back a little bit. Then, sit on the edge of your seat. That makes it so that your SPINE is sustaining your weight, and not your butt cheeks or lower back. This makes your legs and hands and back COMPLETELY loose and relaxed. Now, sit up straight, and place your right foot on the bass pedal. Make sure your knees are 90 degrees or just a little over 90 degrees. Do that with the Hi Hat pedal also.

Always remember to make the spine carry you, not any other part of the body. It will make your faster and more powerful.
